Joined in 1964 as JME. Philpot was LHOM we had a pretty busy time on the Londonderry Squadron usually caught to stay at sea over the weekends and let the Blackwoods back in I was the sprog of the mess and treated as such losing my Hammock space whenever there were too many onboard (often) It must ahve been quite new then because it worked ok apart from frequent Mainfeed pump changes.
