The documents below form a unique piece of History. They show a request for compensation for a watch lost whilst boarding HMS Sheffield in 1982 to attach the Tow.
At least we can now see that the pusser did come trumps in the end. Even though the Jimmy told me to be quiet at the time of going across to the SHEFFIELD ;and felt my watch snag on the guard rail and come loose and drop away. To me then shouting my f*#*~#g watch as just gone overboard .XO dont worry we will sort it out for you later. But as we can see they certainly did ;shucks it should have been a Rolex ha ha ha
