G'day mate's
I served on board "Yarmouth in 1963 I was an A/B UC3. on special
duties, I was doing all the damage control paintings, and stencils
when she had first commissioned working at nights. Then I was in
charge of the boats party, working under the "Buffer" can't remember
his name, he was a Clearance diver as well as a seaman PO.
I was hospitalised for most of the commission in "Haslar" and I was
invalided from the RN from there.
I was in the after seaman's mess, again can't remember the number.
